Volleyball Gets A Big Win Against A Good Ocean Team

After a 1-1 start in their first tri-match, volleyball traveled to Ocean County College to attempt to take down a strong Viking team.

The Mustangs weren't fazed by the Vikings and got off to a fast start. After taking the first set 25-19, the Mustangs never looked back, eventually grabbing the 3-0 win and their first sweep of the season.

Miljana Vukoslavovic (SO, Serbia) dominated the match yet again, leading the Mustangs in a variety of stat categories, including kills (11), kill percentage (.600), service aces (6) and digs (18). Freshman Julia Kuneck (John Hallahan) also recorded 5 kills and led the Mustangs in assists (9) and blocks (3).

The Mustangs will have their first home game Thursday against Lehigh Carbon Community College.
