Men's Soccer: Defeated by Spartans

Blue Bell, PA: The Mustangs Men's Soccer team was defeated by the Spartans of Northampton Community College 1-6 in EPAC action.

The Spartans rallied off 4 straight goals before freshman forward Mena Melika (Hatfield, PA/North Penn) connected woth a pass from sophomore forward Igor McVeagh (Flourtown, PA/Springfield Twp) at the 75 minute mark. The Mustangs were able to get 6 shots on goal. First year goalkeeper Aaron Williams (Ambler, PA/G.W. Gibson) was able to save 10 shots out of 16 shots on goal.

The Mustangs are 3-10-1 overall and 3-6-1 in the EPAC. The Mustangs will play at Harrisburg Area Community College Thursday, October 13, 3:30 PM.

The Mustangs are members of the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Region XIX and the Eastern Pennsylvania Athletic Conference (EPAC).
