The Montgomery County Community College Mustangs women's basketball team lost 55-60 to the Cougars of Lehigh Carbon Community College Tuesday evening.
The Mustangs led 33-28 after the first half of the game, but were outscored by 10 points in the second half. Freshman Jiana Clark led the Mustangs with a double-double of 31 points and 21 rebounds. Morgan Sauermann followed with eight points and seven rebounds.
The Mustangs are now 4-8 overall and 2-5 in the conference. Next the team travels to the Community College of Philadelphia for a 5:00 p.m. match on Thursday Jan. 16th.
