Women's Volleyball: Win in EPAC thriller

Blue Bell, PA: The Mustangs defeated the Hawks of Harrisburg Area Community College in three sets with scores of 25-19, 25-23, 25-19.

Freshman setter (Carlye Odorisio (King of Prussia, PA/Upper Merion) led the team with 17 assists and 7 kills. Outside Hitter Jenna Drummond (Harleysville, PA) followed Odorsio with with 5 kills and Tara Moffa (Hatfield, PA/North Penn had 32 digs. Right side hitter Anna Morgan (Ambler, PA/Wissahickon) 5 blocks, 2 solo and 3 block assists. The team had 25 kills, 18 assists, 7 service aces, and 74 digs.

Coach Rita stated, "I am so impressed with my team. This was the best they played all season. They continue to prove themselves. They showed heart and dedication which is something I can not teach them. They were down the entire second set and somehow managed to stay calm and composed to come back for the win. I am very proud of them and look forward to see how far we can go this season"

The Mustangs are at the Community College of Philadelphia Saturday, October 1 for a tri-match with CCP and Delaware County Community College at 12 PM.
