Women's Soccer Showcases Offense Against Manor

Women's soccer took on Manor College at the Proving Grounds on Tuesday, for their second straight match against the Blue Jays. Last game ended with a 12-0 nothing win for the Mustangs.

Always competitive, the team was looking to surpass that 12 marker they set in the previous match. Sure enough, the Mustangs put in eight goals in just the first half. The second half wasn't much different, with the Mustangs grabbing seven more and breaking the Mustang record for most goals scored in a women's soccer game since the program restarted in 2008.

Dre Meyers (FR, Springfield) and Nicole Hastings (FR, Wissahickon) both recorded a hat trick. Meyers also had two assists. Nine different Mustangs scored a goal in the game, another Mustang record.

The Mustangs will look to avenge an earlier season, overtime loss to Northampton Community College on Thursday.
