In the second half the Colonials pushed ahead but, once again, the Mustangs whittle away the lead. At the final buzzer the game was all tied up 43-43, sending the Mustangs and the Colonials into overtime.
In the overtime period the Mustangs quickly built a seven point lead. Ahead 50-43 with three minutes left, it looked as if the Mustangs were going to run away with the win. But the Colonials fought back to claim victory on a game-winning foul shot with three seconds left.
