Women's Softball: Falcons to much for Mustangs

Scranton, PA: The Mustangs had trouble keeping up with Falcons of Lackawanna CC in an 8-0 loss in the first game of the double header on Thursday.

Lackawanna CC scored four runs in the fifth inning thanks to a two doubles and an error by the Mustangs.
Freshman pitcher Siobhan Seymour (Eagleville, PA/Methacton) took the loss for Mustangs. She threw four and two-thirds innings, allowing eight runs, nine hits, and striking out one. Seymour also went 1-for-2 at the plate in hits to lead the Mustangs.
The Mustangs now have a conference record of 2-3 and are 6-11 overall.

The Mustangs are members of the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Region XIX and the Eastern Pennsylvania Athletic Conference (EPAC).
