Softball: Mustangs Loses Lead Early In Defeat

Blackwood, NJ: The Mustangs were defeated by Camden County Community College Cougars in the first game of the double header in a 10-0 loss on Tuesday.

Camden County Community College took an early lead in the first inning, singling on a 0-1 count in the first inning, scoring one run. Camden then scored five runs in the third inning, but ultimately, their big inning was driven by an error ( a double by #10, and a single by #7).

One bright spot for Mustangs was a double by Sophomore Emma Hagel #1 (Norristown Area High School/ Business Administration) in the first inning. Sophomore Anna Morgan #12 (Conshohocken/ Liberal Studies) also led the Mustangs with two hits in two at bats.

 
The Mustangs move to 1-1 on the season and their next conference game will be away on April 6th agianst the Bucks County Community College Centurions.
