Princeton Falls to Mustangs

The Montgomery County Community College Mustangs defeated the Tigers of the Princeton University (JV) team twice in a double header on the road.

In game one, the Mustangs overcame the Tigers 5-1 for the victory. The winning pitcher was Tim Sugalski, who totaled six strike outs and three walks in 5.0 innings, while allowing only two hits and one heared run.

Also performing well for the Mustangs was pitcher Alex Romberger who pitched five strike outs and Nick Strizziere who went 2-for-4 and earned two runs.

In game two, the Mustangs upped the ante, shutting out the Tigers with a 6-0 win. Matt Smith was the winning pitcher for the Mustangs, earning four strike outs while allowing only three hits. 

Don Woodruff went 3-for-3 at teh plate, notching two doubles, two stolen bases and three runs.
