Blue Bell, Pa. – The Montgomery County Community College Mustangs fell 0-2 to the nationally ranked Camden County College Cougars in a home field match on Thursday, Sept. 02, 2010.
The first half was marked by spirited play at both ends of the field and ultimately timely defensive play by both teams. At the half, the score remained 0-0 as the Mustangs squad matched their opponent, ranked sixth in the country.
But the Cougars ended the stalemate at 26:24 in the second half with a blazer from 25 yards out by defenseman Lori Keller. Keller's shot ripped over the Mustangs defense, tucking under the crossbar to just barely elude the fully extended home team keeper,

The Mustangs battled to even the score but 14 minutes later the Cougars put the come back out of reach when forward Delia Kelly scored on a highly contested one v. one with Lux. In a stellar performance, Lux tallied 15 saves for the game.
Next the Mustangs women's soccer team will host Middlesex County College on Thursday, Sept. 9. Game time is 4:00 p.m.
