Blue Bell, Pa. – The Montgomery County Community College Mustangs men's soccer team tied the Blue Jays of Manor College 1-1 on Tuesday, Aug. 31, 2010.

The Blue Jays scored early in the tenth minute of the game with a shot to the upper corner of the net from 16 yards out. At a one goal deficit, the Mustangs fought hard to try to overcome the Blue Jays. The team's offense went into overdrive, out-shooting the Blue Jays 12-7.

However, it was not until the 79th minute of the game that the Mustangs were finally able to find the back of the net. Jay Natale buried a low shot into the far post off a flicked pass from Alex Russell. With only 11 minutes left to try to steal a lead over the Blue Jays, the Mustangs continued to pressure the goal but were unable to convert a shot.

Next the Mustangs men's soccer team will travel to play Camden County College on Thursday, Sept. 2. Game time is 3:30 p.m.
