Region XIX's Women in Sport's committee has developed the #R19ChangeTheRatio campaign to showcase the academic and athletic accomplishments of our female student-athletes throughout the Region. The committee's main objective is to increase the awareness of how successful our female student-athletes are, in order to drum up a more consistent participation ratio for our female programs.
The campaign is designed to highlight each member institution's success on a rotating weekly basis with an overall outcome of increasing the ratio of female student-athletes.
